I was talking to one of my co-worker, and his friend (in Ottawa)did 11.5 @ 129.9 with a 1992 Honda Civic hatch back.

There is lots of fast civics around here too. The fastest I know is a guy called Francis Tassé. He drives a 4 door civic. He ran 10.6 @ 138 mph last summer. And its a daily driver with full interior.

Wow, I haven't been here for a long time. Anyway, earlier in this thread someone posted why would someone race if their car isn't up to the task? I can answer that.. My car has been in a desperate need of a rebuild(valve seals) for some time now but I'll still race when challenged. Sometimes it's too hard to say no even though I know my car doesn't out put out the 301 at the wheels it used too. It's just part of the fun, win or lose.
