I'm scared to drive this thing.
I have an 89 coupe, & I think there's a loose electrical connection somewhere. Right now, the problem is constant. It feels like it's running on 4 cylinders or something. The rpm's dropped about 200 rpms. No power, lots of vibrations coming from the engine, lots of shaking. I know it's something to do with engine because it does it in neutral. Sometimes, I would just touch some wires around the fuel injector area behind the upper intake, & the rpm's would go back up to 1000, & it would run fine for a couple of days, now I can't even do that. Sometimes it will run good for a second & go back to the bad shaking in a snap. It's none of the sensors because I've swapped them all. Did anything like this happen to anyone out there. Please help. I don't even want to drive it because I'm afraid that it'll detonate or something & screw up the motor.

inspect that wiring harness carefully, your best bet may be to just replace it.
