I don't know what it is, but for some reason, anytime it's wet around here all the people in their trucks think they are fast.
Last night I was out at my friend's place and when I left I had this new dodge ram messing around with me. It had the v8 tags so I figured 318 or 360, WOW. (note the sarcasm)
When I pulled upto the lights he immediately did a nice brake torque and started revving his engine at me. I'm not the type to try anything in the rain, because I think its absolutely dangerous to do it, so I just left the light normally.
About a mile or so down the road he pulls next to me again and revs some more. I just rolled into the gas (doing 35mph 50km/h) in 4th and my car's rear end let loose, so I motioned to the truck that he's nuts. He then sped up and did a nice fish tail that nearly took out a car in the opposite lanes.
Is it just me or are these people scared to play around when its dry? I've seen this guy out before and he won't go near me when its dry. Sorry about the length but I needed to vent...
