My friend's 94 Cobra with almost exactly the same mods runs 13.5-13.9 on street tires at a little over 100mph. Not sure what heads Cobras have on them stock, but if they are better than yours that could explain it.
What was your 60ft time? Judging from your trap speed, you should run high 13s if you 60ft even under 2.0 sec.
