Sky - The track is real nice. I don't like the way everything seems set up so temporarily though. They only have one set of bleachers and there is not a display for the times yet so you have to listen to the announcer to hear how fast the cars went. Or you can tune your radio to 104.7 which is pretty cool. I like it a whole lot better than LACR and it is pretty comparable to Pomona. Those are the only other tracks I've been to and between the three, I like the set up of Fontana alot better. It's easy to get to (it's only about 1 mile off the 10 freeway) Today (Sunday) was the last day for the year. It starts back up in January. Hopefully I can do some more mods to my car and get a low 13 time slip before they make me get a roll-bar!
With your cousins mustang that MPH is not that bad considering the aerodynamics for the older mustangs is not that great. What kind of exhaust does he have? What intake and carb? Distributor? Ignition? Rear end gearing?
