![]() I was on my way home and this green stang was riding my butt. well we stopped at a light and i looked over and saw it was a 99 cobra. these 99 cars(gt-cobra) allways mess with me, and used to beat me. I,m not just another slow 96-98 gt anymore

![]() Damn, sounds like an awesome setup that you have there. How much did it all cost you? Did you port those heads yourself?
I think Fastang, and I are trying to get some guys together to goto Carlsbad in a few weekends.. You should go, we can all find out how fast our cars are. ![]() actually i've only spent about $1300 total. i had to buy one head $375, my x pipe $400, and cat back $425 + misc. i did side jobs on the parts guys cars, so he bought everything else for the head swap, and other stuff.

![]() ITs even farther for me. Im 30 miles north of you. But I would say 13's EASY. The new GT's can run 12's with the same combo as you on slicks. Look at mustang 92, he just did it. Not to mention you heads are ported.
