15's Suck!!!!!

Well I know my car should be deep in the 15's. I went out to Ontario(Ontario, Ca) last night and raced quite a few cars. I beat most of the cars I raced and the few times I did lose were due to me messing up on the launch or shifting. These include your basic upgraded GSR's, Si's, and Preludes. I wanted to race this AOD Vert 5.0 but he wouldn't race me. I also wanted to run this Lexus IS300 but I never got a chance cuz the cops came and I never meet him on another track.
