It finally happened tonight; the GSR is a '98-99 with intake, header and cat-back.
I'm stock '97GT Vert, 5-speed, We ran twice, with same results each time. From the start i imediatly put a car length on him, and the gap widened as i chirped hard in second, maybe 3 lengths.. then signaled to get over in his lane ![]() Someone had to prove the SN-95's, and i did just that. So i was feeling great and challenged a heavily moded Iroc Z/28 .. he ripped me a new one ![]() |

That sucks that he ripped you a new one. Get some NOS and then let him try it again.

Good kill!!!
its funny I was on the new sentra board and they smoke GSR all the time too... and Mustang GT too! from the board: "don't worry about those mustangs, 96-98 mustang GT's run mid 15's stock, so with your mods it makes sense that you kept up with him, with ECU and a little more mods he should be a joke" his mods: header, exhaust, K@N charger Gotta watch out for those Sentra ![]() ------------------ 2000 Honda Civic SiR 15.368 @ 89.220 mph (stock) 1989 Ford Mustang LX Coupe 5.0L (RIP) 14.120 @ 98.126 mph [This message has been edited by Special K (edited 04-15-2001).] |

What a bunch of morons. Don't post that crap on here anymore. I get pissed off just reading it
.I'm so glad this board is not like that. I would drop my membership like a bad habit. Glad to see that Mustangs are represented with class though Lizard. I tip my hat to you. ------------------ Driving: 1998 F-150 Far way in Edmonton==> 1995 Mustang GT |

Nitrous... I told try me, not to bother with this Iroc guy. He runs consitent as a clock 14.0-14.1 (he's got a G-Tec to gage his consistency). You won't be able to get a break and you will lose... still he had to go up. Gotta admire that spirit eh?
Iroc's got some numerous heavy mods including a 355 and 4.10 gears as main mods ... he is yet to win against me, on over 20 runs... Gotta love that persistancy from those Chevy boys. ------------------ Lizard King, Bone Stock; 13.69 at 101MPH • Extreme Burnout •2000GT VS LS1 • Quartermile run •2000GT vs LX Stang |

Hey man - you're telling half the truth!
I did take him in the first race.. and you never told me he had NOS!? I took him in the second race too. The only glitch is that he coasted by me at the top of third gear like i was in reverse. Man that exhaust was loud! Thanks for clearing that up LK, i don't feel so bad now ![]() |
