Mustang vs Camaro on COPS..
Did any of you all see Cops last night?
The cop pulled behind a 90-93 LX and a newer Camaro at a stoplight. The guys in the cars didn't even look behind them before they ran. They took off and the cop played catchup for a while. He motioned the Camaro guy to follow him while he went after the stang guy. He busted both of them with a ticket. My question is to ya, how many of you would have tried to run (Mustang) or U-turn and hide (Camaro)? The cop was really surprised the Camaro guy didn't U-Turn and leave. I guess it really wouldn't have mattered b/c they were both on TV

Yeah I saw that! It was awesome. The cop was actually pretty cool about it. I would definitely take a ticket over a ride to jail.

I would've let the guy in the 'Stang go.
Middle-aged, Dockers and a polo shirt, driving a nice clean coupe...you know he's not going to endanger people. The kids in the Camaro, though, I would've ticketed back to the Stone Age. |

I think I saw duals on it.
That's the beauty of the coupes...everyone underestimates them.

You would be a tool in both cases. If a cop has you in his headlights, he's got your plates. And he can serve your ticket at your car window or your house. I prefer the car window if you ask me
