I've actually seen quite a few ricers around here with body kits, huge wings and no fart tips?? My guess is they are bone stock and spent all their money on apperance. I've also seen/heard quite a few ricers that have stock exhaust that just disconnect it b4 the muffler(SOUNDS LIKE CRAP)...
