4 banger SVO stang goes 9.40 @145mph
Pretty unreal he has LOTS of boost and flat out flies. The car is whisper quiet has a 1 exhaust pipe exiting the rear and he drove it to the track.
Needless to say he won the Desert race wars that were held in Odessa this weekend. I think his name is John Dale if that rings any bells. Wow!

yeah!!!!
WOW, thats pretty quick for a car that was designed for carving curves rather than stoplight to stoplight. I have been really impressed with my SVO and a few mods are on the way, it's too bad so many people judge a car by its track time instead of how well rounded it is. It's not but a few seconds of stomping the gas during the average day, but a good handling, good stopping and quick accelerating car is something that makes everyday driving a real pleasure. I hope more Mustangers will learn to appreciate the SVO and see how hard it is to get parts for these cars. The more interest we have, the more likely someone will start reproducing some of the parts.

SVO Parts
Do a search on 'Tiny Avenger'. They have done some really fast SVO's. With just a couple of mods they can get you up to 5.0 type acceleration. I think they ran a 14.1 in the 1/4 with just an extra 2.5 psi of boost, downpipe, exhaust, and tune.

Does anybody have a pic of the car? I'd love to see it. I like those turbo 4 Mustangs. To make one fly like that is unreal.

I will snap a pic or two next time he is at the track. Last time he was there I only had my cam-corder which is not digital
