Best e.t at track, impressive....
Well i can officially say my car runs low mid 13's...
it was humid out last night, with 25 psi in the e.t streets i cut a decent 60' launch at 3500 (no ice down), drove a lil more aggressive on the shifter and run 13.4, only thing i added was some shortie headers and a kk clutch, also removed quad shocks, to all that say 1-5/8 headers, and cutting tailpipes will hurt the e.t, are wrong, at least in my case. Im shooting for a 12.9 with same setup, but with lakewood shocks, aftermarket uca's lca's, 1.7 rr's and 373 grs, i bet i can do it with a 5k launch, And stock ole high mileage 5oh later....

what were your 60fts? 25psi sounds awful high for ET streets

25psi, because i drove to the track, it was rainy the day before so i had a few scary moments my 60' on that run was 1.88, i really just simply forgot to lower tire pressure, the tires didnt hook as good as they have before, but i could tell they bit hard enough for the guy at the booth to tell me to get a helmet.
btw, i drive my car to the track every week because i dont live that far, if i did id swap at the track.

Drive to the track at 25psi, then let them down to 13-14psi. Then fill them back up before you leave. If you live close enough, dont even fill them up till you get home. I know all about driving in the rain on ET Streets. It sucks!

Nice run... what was your mph on that run? You still come to sm for street races?

on my best 1/4, my mph was 99.77, but on an iced intk last yr i went 99.80 before the headers.
fivepointo, no it's not much happenning that i know of, but usually always some younger dudes ricing around out there, there is a pretty fast wrx out in sm, and a bigblock camaro, when i get a bottle i might head out there, when the weather clears of course, but im working out there bye swt for the time being, i'll let you know if i go out there, and give you my cell# later.

Thanx sky, of course the trap wont be that high, with grs and suspension, maybe some intake port matching, tb ect.... it can be done
