i think, if it was me, i'd make sure he played according to my rules. I think you can beat him heads up. If you take him to a crappy, slick road and let him blow his tires off, then you have the advantage.

The Indy Beretta replica was a special edition line during 1990. 7500 of these replicas were produced, 6000 in teal, and 1500 in yellow. The replicas were fitted with similar packages as that of the GTZ, only the had unique seats, paint, stickers, and other minor changes. The 3.1L MFI V6 engine in these replicas had 135hp@4200rpm. Three unique Indy Beretta Convertibles were paced the Indy 500.

BigCountryGT beat me to it. What you need to do is let him get going about how fast and powerful his car is and goat him into boasting about this in front of a bunch of his friends. Act intimidated and feed into it...then lay down the challenge. Tell him you'll run him at his favorite place and you'll unplug 2 of your spark plugs just to make it fair...see what he says then. You'll still spank that thing....

I'm sure he has confidence in his car, he's just not familiar with his competition. I know what my car can do and if someone lays down a challenge and he's driving a Kwamzai GT by Umfubu Motors I'd be asking questions too.

True. I remember when i first started racing i was asking about everything. Then i bought some DR's, and learned to launch it and was confident after that.
I am also the type that will race just about anything.

alright here's what happened...I got off work a little b4 he did and i had my car parked next to his. He came out and we talked about his car and blah blah blah. He started his car up...then i started mine...i think the two chamber flows and bassani x-pipe gave him a little shock. Pulled outta the parking lot and the first light was red. He was just smilin at me...goes green and i wait just to see what he's got...he gunned it so then i did and through 1st his nose was at my asss....low second gear i had a car length and then he shut down to turn onto the highway. He realized i would of destroyed him. Only regrets is that I dont think anyone saw it and i didnt get to here what his pathetic excuse was. I KNOW its not much of a victory but i enjoyed putting him in his place. Ricers and domestic wannabe ricers need to know where they stand.......behind mustangs.

Next time you see him ask what happened to his 550 ponies. Ask if about 400 of them ran out of the stable.....
