Sky - Powertrain Dynamics in Huntington Beach is very highly recommended by everyone I know. Powertrain does a lot of tuning for a many of the car magazines. The dyno tuning cost is around $400, but these guys are really worth it. I'll be taking my ride there in the next few months.

SMOKE - Vortech did the install. They had my friend's car for quite a while .

EXAM99 - Yep, I'm worried it will blow up also. The hyper pistons just aren't going to take it for too long. I told my friend to look into the J&S electronics timing retard module, which listens for detonation and automatically retards timing. Costs $500 but is a lot cheaper than an engine rebuild.

Beef - yeah, it's a blast. It's a good daily driver and it handles awesome. My buddy takes it to open track (road race) events all the time. Sometimes I even get to run it.

MercDude - The SVTs are faster and handle a lot better than the SEs. If you like performance (and I know you do ), you can pick up a used SVT Contour for a little more coin.
