raced a 3rd gen. camaro
I had to go in to work on Saturday when I discovered that my boss bought a 1992 camaro. I asked him if he wanted to run them after work. Not only did he say yes, but he found someone to take pictures with a poloroid (spelling?). Anyways, we lined them up, he said go, and then I left him. I got him by about 9 or 10 cars and a cool picture at the finish line. We pulled over by the guy that took the picture to see how it turned out, and my boss was laughing his butt off. He said "man you smoked me what did you do to that thing?" I told him that it was stock and lifted the hood to prove it. I think that he was mad after he saw that it was just a plain stock 1993 mustang.
I looked to see what he had and it was a 305 with throtal body injection. Did they put those things in all of the 3rd gen's? That thing wouldn't even chirp the tires. Watch, now I will get fired. ------------------ blown347,free breathing heads and exhaust, solid roller cam, tremec, moser axles, 4.10's, role cage and all the other stuff. 11.8 @ 115 very untuned 1993lx5.0 AOD dailydriver |

My best friend from high school had a 90(?) RS and a 94 Z28, the RS couldm't beat my 93 escort sedan. The Z however, was the bad boy on the street, for a little while anyway. He ended up knocking over a few mailboxes with it. he got it fixed, and now he won't race me with it. He's scared he'll demolish it. Can you blame him? Before he wrecked it he ran a mid 13 on street tires. Now he won't even drive it if the weather isn't perfect.
