Chevelle gets spanked
Well the other day my cousin comes to my house and says there is a guy running his mouth about my car, saying that he is going to take the doors off it. So I hop in the stang and drive by where the guys was at. He follows me to our garage and I tell him that if he wants my doors to come on.
Well I took the left lane. He jumped on the start and had me a little over a car through first (his car hooks good). When I got in 3rd I sucked past him like nothing. After it was over he tried to say that his car was wound out and he was doing 120 when he let off of it. He is running a built 350 with an automatic and 4.56 gears. When I passed him I was doing about 70, so he was just making up excuses. I told him that if he really wanted to get beat I would bolt on my ET Streets and turn on the bottle, he didn't like that too much. ------------------ 89 LX Coupe 306, 10:1 compression, Holley Heads, Intake, and Cam package, 70 mm Throttle body and Mass Air, 30 lb injectors, 255 lph fuel pump, 1 5/8" full length headers, Flowmaster 2 1/2" American Thunder Cat back system, Centerforce dual friction clutch, 4.10 gears 50-175 hp Nitrous Works kit, 5" Auto Meter Shift Light |

Do you have the 24lb/hr injectors back in there yet, if so, is it running any better?

Well I live in Big Stone Gap, it is in Wise County.
Yes I have the 24# injectors in there now. It seems to be running better. I haven't had time to fine tune it so it still has a little hesitation every once in a while. That guy in the Chevelle told someone the other night that he beat me. All I have got to say is that he is going to get beat again, but a little worse this time! ------------------ 89 LX Coupe 306, 10:1 compression, Holley Heads, Intake, and Cam package, 70 mm Throttle body and Mass Air, 30 lb injectors, 255 lph fuel pump, 1 5/8" full length headers, Flowmaster 2 1/2" American Thunder Cat back system, Centerforce dual friction clutch, 4.10 gears 50-175 hp Nitrous Works kit, 5" Auto Meter Shift Light |
