Sounds good Eric, we'll have to get together and see what kind of trouble we can get into. Had some trouble this weekend, car started slowing down and a couple of cylinders appeared to be running lean. On top of that it appears that I have an over abundance of material in my oil filter and my oil pressure is about 10psi lower than normal.
Looks like I have some work to do this week.

That sucks Kevin..I took mine to the track friday night..and i had alot of nitrous pops through the carbs...I could never get it out of waterbox without quitting. It finally ran good there for a few minutes did my burnout staged, purged fine, and then when i let go of the transbrake it just quit. Took forever to get it started. Guy at the track asked me if i wanted to go again..i said nah, and had some of my friends help me push it back to the pits. So now i gotta look at that..and see what the dealie is..always somethin.

Maybe the better question would have been, "Who would you LIKE to race on this board?"
Kevin? Wanna line them up! ahahahaha

I think it'd be cool for Dan, Kevin, and Eric to line 'em up. Like a best of the best of MW. I'd race anyone, you learn from your losses and get confidence from your wins (winning's always better, don't get me wrong, but you can't always win). It's just a race after all. As long as you're having fun, that's all that really counts.

My car is Yellow so I don't even know what the performance rating on that is but I'll smoke everyone here. j/k. I would race anyone that is around me but I'm new to this whole racing thing. I think I need to start a thread and have people give me tips on techniques on racing and such. But I would love to have track times of my car. I think I'm going to use that G-tec and see what that gives me for a 1/4 time. Do you know how accurate those things are? What time do you think my car would run, 351 pretty much stock, Holly 600 4bbl Carb, 3.55 gears, 4 spd and on street tires.
I plan on putting a new intake this fall, carb in going to be rebuilt and ported alittle on Wednesday. Hope to put 245's on the back and 205's or 195's on the front appose to the 205's I got all around right now. And go with 15inch rims appose to 14's. Probably going to polish the heads myself in the winter, and new cam. It's just a matter of money I don't have. §am.

Actually Kevin, my Mustang is running. And, for that matter is running great. It's problem is the clutch set-up I still have not fixed correctly in two years (serious lack of time and admitedly motivation at times). You lay into the power and it just gives away because it will not fully disengage. What a pisser.
I'll get it done though... And, this year. Must have some track time this year. It's finally getting to me!

Yes, Eric, Dan is a bit scared of it I do believe...hahaha. Dan does have a hell of a nice car. Unlike yours and mine, it would be a bit of a booger to work on too.

I would race anyone. It would give me an opprotunity to see in person the cars I only see in pictures and videos. Not that my car will put up much of a fight.
Now if I could only get that Deuce away from my buddies dad. Hmm, I wonder what it would run with the M/T's he has? I guess it would depend on the gears we drop in that Halibrand quick change rear end.
