10:1 odds that you will be racing one though. No?

I think they weigh around 2300lbs. Not totally sure.

I happen to Own a crx.

2200 lbs is what they weigh if it is a DX or HF

2350 lbs if its an Si.

I have seen race prepped CRX's come in at 1700 lbs.

it seems like it would be tricky to get a crx in the 11's, especially at our altitude, there dark, what do you think?

No doubt. I seen a crx with a VTEC engine and nitrous with a race weight of under 2000 lbs run a 14.1.

Thats sad,

They must make a v8 retrofit kit for a crx that we dont know about. that would explain the 11 sec performance

Cool

BIG TURBOS, the true of it all. This guy built a stroker, after market head, big cam, and 20lbs of boost.

Its really simple, B18C non Vtec block, ported heads and intake, fat cam, and a lot of boost makes em run 10's on the street. I saw a vid a few weeks ago where a hatchback beat a 10.8 second Viper on the freeway. Problem is that the whole car becomes illegal. No CARB nubers on any of the parts and forget about smog...no smog means no vehicle license renewal. Smog Nazis suck.
