cruisin in the 4x4
has anyone else here noticed that when ur in a stang hardly anyone ever wants to race but everytime ur out in somthin slow its on at every stop light? i was rollin in the toyota pickup the other day and i swear it seemed like i was challenged at every light but when im rollin in the gt everyone drives like a sedated grandma, whats up with that? is it fear of loosing or what,personaly i dont get any pleasure out of smokin a 4wd pickup with a 4 banger in it?? but let me know if u guys have experienced what i so often do...

I know how u feel. I dont ever get very many races in my truck but i used to get a whole bunch in my dads t bird. but when i have the mustang i just never get races.

That's a nice cougar...i'd be proud to drive that!
About getting respect....try getting respect in a 1983 Mercury Zephyr! then again, it had a straight 6 and was slower than tar so maybe i didn't deserve any respect . I want my next project to be an older fox body like an LTD II or Fairmont, Granada would be good also. Nothing gets someone's respect like smoking them like they're standing still.

I am the only one in my group of friends that has a REAL sports car. Whenever I drive somewhere, I can't find any camaro's or other ponys to run. The min we are in one of my friends family cars, they are swarming the streets. Everytime is say "Man, I wish I had my car with me!"
