Default Street racing posts?

Whats with the sudden abundance of "where is the street racing happening?" posts by new members? Is there some type of federal sting going on?
<sorry, just the Dale Gribble in me >

Nope, I'm in T&C, dont get up that ways much, I've got family in Hudson, but havent talked to them in a while. Maybe we ought to try to get some of the local MW folks together? God knows I could use a reason other then work to leave the house

That sounds cool, but I wonder how many members are around here. I`m off to Carrolwood to the inlaws tonight, Maybe I can find some rice on the way to play with in Tampa. NPR is boring though, even c-5 vettes dont play here.

Tell me about it.All the expensive sports cars are usually driven by some old guy who just spent his life savings on a corvette.
Hey dave do you ever see a red 2000 camaro z28 with a body kit and c5 rims on it?He used to drive a yellow camaro with a body kit. That's one of my best friends. He'll race you any time of day.He won't win,his car is stock performance wise,i'm just saying he'll race anybody, from corvettes to geo metros. He's never passed up the opportunity to race someone. He lives in new port richey.

Cant say I have. I`m up at sr52 and take the expressway every day. Not much of a chance to play around.

Maybe we should start a post in BOL and see how many folks there are in this area? I think i'd be fun to go out one night and take over one of the Sonics or something around here (i.e. scare rice )

Yeah imagine a dozen of more v8's driving around. They'd think a thunderstorm is brewing. But then again, there's tons of cops around here right now because of the car show here at the florida state fairgrounds.I dunno what kind of cars they feature of what it's about, but i've seen tons of people getting pulled over just now on my way to my barber and back.

Sounds great to me, I`d like to see the 66. I saw a nice project car yesterday, a 70 coupe yellow with black and white interior with the scoop on it. Looks like its been sitting.
