I read that Subaru has a package that puts the car up tp 300hp. It was a sport package that is close to the rally version.

Steve,
You're refering to the WRX STi. STi is Subaru's equivalent to our SVT. Think of the WRX STi as their Cobra. The WRX STi is currently available abroud but will find it's way to the States in about a year. Source: Motor Trend (latest issue) It has more power (276hp), better and bigger brakes, and a tuned suspension. It will also retail for about $30K. THAT car can pull 0-60 sprints in the 4 second range. ------------------ -Engine: K&N, 75mm MAF with 24# Injectors, 65mm TB, Trick Flow Street Intake, 1.7 Roller Rockers, Adj FPR (set at 35psi), 190lph FP -Exhaust: MAC 1 5/8" Headers, Catco 2.25" h-pipe, MagnaFlow mufflers -Drivetrain: World Class T-5Z, Aluminum Driveshaft, 3.55 gears -Suspension: Subframe Connectors and K-Brace, KYB Shocks and Struts, BBK Upper and Lower Control Arms -Dyno: 208.7rwhp, 262.9ft/lb torque |
