Bye Bye C5!!
Yesterday going to work I had the best race of my life. I pulled up to a stop light and was minding my own bid-ness when this blonde in a black '99-'01 Vette pulled up. Before I could react, she rev-ed at me. Now, I'm not one to shy away from a race, but I was a bit intimadated. None the less, I rev-ed back at her and she smiled. She inched that little 'Vette up enough for me to see the tag she was sporting. It read, "FLEWBYU". Well, when the light changed, I jumped just enough to get a quater panel ahead of her. We ran for about a 1/8 mile, when I had to turn off. She kept going like she had won or something, ehh, you know what they say about blondes. J/K. All in all, not bad for a day's work.

Yeah, I've been out there for the past two weeks looking for ya. I've been real busy too. I haven't been able to go online for a while, so I haven't been posting. Man, have I got some things to tell you about the GT. I'll be out at M'ville this week, and I may even run the B*tch, I mean the Cobra. I'll email you later today. Or hell I may just call you, either way, talk to you real soon. Later!
P.S. No BS!!! |

Hey bwc, were you still ahead by the quarter pannel when you had to turn off. I assumed you were, but it wasn't quite clear to me. "A blond in a C-5", my wildest dreams.

Oh well, a doctor with sunglasses and a goatee in a 1999 BMW Z-3, M model, would be close enough I guess. LOL.

Yeah, up until I hit the brakes, I was up by a quarter panel. Hey, a win is a win is a win. |

To clarify, the closest thing to "a blonde in a C-5" that I've ever gotten to race on the street was " a doctor with a goatee and sunglasses in a Z-3 M". He did look kind of "girlish". And no that doesn't "float my boat", except that I was able to edge his Z-3 M by only about a half a fender.

I's just messing with ya man. No offence intended.
Yeah, I've had some troubles with Z-3's on the interstate. Those 3.73's aren't good for top speed jaunts. Eh, what can you do? |

I wasn't offended BWC. I'm the one that made the joke about the doctor with the goatee and sun glasses. It was true though. I had a girl in a Dodge Durango cut me off on the freeway just today. I then tail gated her a little to show I wasn't happy about it until she flipped the bird. Not really a race, but maybe we could count it as an "encounter". LOL.

Gee? Why is I learn about what you do with
my car on here John? At least you won. I want to drive the Cobra, I have not had it in a week b/c your joyriding in it. You can drive the SC since you "love" it so much! |

You get the hooptie van instead. And
regardless of your opinion, the thunderbird is really not that bad of car to drive. It goes, it turns, it stops. |
