Hey man, there's plenty of people to race down here. Actually, norman is pretty dead as far as street racing goes, but go to oklahoma city, NW 39th street every friday and saturday night about 10 everyone goes out there. You should be able to spank quite a bit of slomaro butt out there. I know it's quite a long drive, but it's fun man, if you have nothing better to do for a weekend. Have you ran your car at the track? What ETs are you getting? Looks like it should be pretty damn quick with all of your mods.

I have been down Memorial several times. Seems like there would be plenty of racing potential there.

I'm trying to get my website to be a hyperlink, so people on here just have to click it, any help would be appreciated. Yeah memorial is fun, not too much competition that will actually race. Alot of cops also, lately when we drive down there, they have like 10 people pulled over, so not much racing actually, unless you go somewhere else. So when is the shelby show? OKC is the place to go huh? Tell me a little more about it, and me and my friends ill probaly go down there. See ya.

BAD...OKC is really good, especially out on 39th. lots of action, and lots of cool guys with sweet cars, and plenty of lice to fly...lol. And the cops for some reason are cool until a race breaks out in the middle of town. Come down here and I'll show you around. Shelby show is the 2nd to last Thurs,Fri,Sat,Sun of June...the car show is on the Sunday from 11-3 at the Marriott. Give me a email if you want to hook up down here.

I'm in Tulsa... I wouldn't race on Memorial just because of the cops. Setup a race on Memorial, but go somewhere else to actually run. On Friday nights the track has a Midnight Drags thing where a lot of people go to run and BS. I haven't been yet, but it sounds ok. Supposed to be a lot of kids there, but oh well. Give me a holler if you wanna go up there sometime, adn I'll show you where it's at.

Yeah that is what we usually do, go to memorial set-up and a race, then race someone else. I go to the midnights all the time at the drags. The midnights have been on Sat. night. Test and tunes on Fri. starting at 6pm and ending at 11. It's pretty fun down there. Alot of people lately. What kind of car do you have? I've probaly seen you around.

He's done just about everything you can and keep the stock bore/stroke. He bought it from a guy in Austin (where he lives) who owns an exotic car shop, and it was already pretty much tricked out. This guy takes all his cars to my cousins car audio shop to have work done and this was just one of his toys.
I don't know of any street races with flaggers or anything... But I don't it's uncommon to just put money on a race. If you're lucky, you MIGHT get someone to pay up. I dunno... never actually seriously put money on one. I do remember a guy in a normaal 318cid Dakota want to run my buddy's modded Stealth TT for money, but he chickened out when the time came.
