Cool Reality check...

Well, I was on my way back from Wendy's with a MUCH needed Frosty waiting to be devoured...

Up ahead I heard the annoying buzzing noise of import mega-exhausts as I saw some imports leaving the movie theatre and making a right onto the street I was on....
(I would bet a week's pay they just came out of the Slow and the Stickered...)

I wasn't thinking much else other than my double with cheese until I saw something ahead of me as we all waited for the green at the next intersection. Some Asian kid flipped off some folks in a minivan because he didn't want to turn right yet, the kid in the other import behind the minivan wanted to line up with the first guy and go at the light. Well the light went green and off went the imports, the fastest being a black one, I would guess it was about a mid-14s car. (Which is "hella-mega-dope-fast" to a ricer...)

To be honest, I couldn't tell what the heck the car was as all of the emblems had been taken off the car. But one thing I did know, the kid who flipped off that family was in that car...

I hit the accelerator as God granted me my wish... a red light...

It was a 3 lane intersection. I came up in the far left lane as an Acura had the middle lane and the "Black Wonder" had the right.

None of them were paying attention to me as they were taunting and yelling at each other.
I could hear their loud, crappy music as I scanned for any obvious cops at the intersection.

I nailed it when the light went green and scared the hell out of the Acura next to me.
I swear he slammed on the brakes just as he launched.... I don't think he had any idea what was next to him the whole time...

The "Black Wonder" was WAYYY in my rear view by 60, so I slowed it down a bit....
I was going to make sure this little punk and his co-hort in the passenger seat got the message....

We lined up on a roll about 30mph.
He nailed it first....
To be honest, it was laughable as I pulled on him hard as they disappeared in my rear-view....

I knew he was going to do the fly by as I slowed again. I heard the weed whacker floored as he tried to go around....not...
I floored it as he got even to my bumper.
He made it to my door before he was once again in another time zone...

I was coming up to another intersection with a red light. So I waited...
Hmmm, I wonder why the "mystery machine" decided to take a right? Of course I got flipped off as they turned....

Oh well, at least my frosty was still in one piece...

If you listen carefully you can hear me clapping all the way from New Hampshire. I missed a group of ricers on opening night of the fast and the furious doing e-brake stands in the movie theater parking lot. My buddy decided to tell me the next day. Missed a good time.
