Awesome kills. That sounds like a ton of fun..."he's got a blower" LOL. Well they shouldve checked first, silly kids.
AS for the blower comment, exactly right - run what you brung - and who said the LS1's were stock. Then again, who gives a Sh!t if they are stock or not, jeez that has been played to death and back.
Stock modded or otherwise NICE KILLS.

hmmm seems u cant prove u acutally beat them, so sorry if i cant believe u, nice dream though, dont think ill come true unless u put $5,000 more into ur stang, I wouldnt judge chevy that bad, Mustangs have squeaky suspension, nasty plastic interior, seats which offer no lateral support and power that a lawn mower engine can handle, Until then make mines an LS1 w/ 6 speed and let the race begin, although i wont be much of a match. What makes me laugh even more is John Coletti's Stang which makes 400 hp and 380lb pounds of torque couldnt beat a stock LS1 camaro in the quarter, the best quarter mile run by a stock LS1 ran 12.84 documented on GM high performance the best run for Colettis stang was 13.28 and coletti's stang had the best parts in the stang what a joke

usually I would get offended by this remark.
But not today. my car developes a new rattles day by day. It really pisses me of. what was my point again? oh yeah I didn't have one. damn rattle trap

LOL,

I have personally been in his car when he has KILLED, slaughtered, murdered, left hung out to dry, ripped 'em a new one, and flat out beat LS1's.

And I must say it is so much fun to watch these guys think they are going to stop on an SN95, and not only get beat, but get beat bad.

Well how would you explain the Cobra R, with only 385 HP pulling mid 12's (on slicks)...

I would be one thing if we were talking strictly stock cars. but were not. and any car can be made fast. mustang, camaro, honda, yugo I don't care what it is, it can be made fast. so what is the point of another flame fest. please let the bench racing stop.

btw: HaveUBeatenAFordLately?-what do you drive anyway?

Haveyoueatenshitlately,

I have also seen a 600hp roadrace Fox body run a 15 second 1/4-mile, but what the hell does that mean other than the guy had traction problems because of the handling setup? Also, what relevance does that have to the conversation at hand?
I guess the difference between us is that I hate GM products with a passion, but I wouldn't let that turn me into a fool who makes childish comments just to try to aggravate others (bravo, by the way circus monkey, because you did piss me off).

Great kill Hammer. Not all of those brand X cars are fast. Not all stangs are slow. There is a guy with a stock 97 x car that thinks he will take me bad because he has an 80 shot. I was told he had intake, heads cam, and all that but it was rummor. Still would of raced him anyway.

Interesting how a new GT puts out way more hp than your 305 or 350 powered junkyard beater isn't it? But yeah, it's pretty sorry. That and the interior is one of the biggest problems when people go to buy the Fbody. Talk about the Mustang being cheap, HAHAHAHAHA. You're an idiot.

LOL, you're right on that. Your 16 second early 90's Crapmaro is better suited to picking on Ford's best "Escort GT's."

Again, show your stupidity. Ford claims realistic numbers (actually conservative) for their stock cars. Not like your Chevy crowd which claims the best all time record ever from a factory tuner they were given to drive. Who else does that? Oh yeah, ricers.

Great kills Hammer! Very true about run whatchabrung.

I like being the underdog against the LS1's too. Makes for much more satisfying wins..

Dude, I could care less that you can't believe I beat 2 LS1s.
I could also care less who's car did what in the quarter mile in some magazine. All I care about is how MY car performs, and it performs quite well.
I've taken stock Camaros, SSs, Trans-Ams, Corvettes, some Porches, an NSX, and tons of rice...

It occurs to me that you may not know what the he&& you're even talking about besides quoting magazines... Get your head out of your rear and you might find out that stock numbers on any car mean dog crap in the real world.

Have I ever lost to an LS1?
Sure. There are many extremely fast modified LS1s in the area that run quite a bit faster than me. One of my friends actually owns one of them. But you know what? He still respects the hell out of my car and what it can do...

If you can't take the fact that a modified Mustang can whip the snot out of a stock LS1 Camaro, you might want to go in search of a life....

Question

Haveubeateno$flatey,
What kind of car do you drive? Do don't list it in your sig which leads me to believe it might be a John Deere... Please don't run to the camaro boards and copy a sig...
Trollin Trollin Trollin...
Anyway, I test drove the mustang and the camaro in 1988 when I got the LX. The camaro had such a rough ride, that if I ran over a quarter I could tell you what date it was. That is why I chose the Mustang.
Granted, I haven't driven a new F-Body, but from what people have said on the camaro boards, there is a lot of "shake, rattle, and roll" going on.

Hammer- great double kill, nice to see stangers use the buddy system.

Haveyou- every post I've seen you make has an intent to incite some sort of feedback-here's mine. Take a page from CamaroGuy-defend you're automobile tactfully and I'm sure the rest of us can discuss the issue like rational adults. If not, go to battleboard.com and start your flames there.

Cool

Nice kills Hammer! You had to know there'd be some GM-punk who could never believe a Stang could take a Camaro/Trans-Am etc etc. You had to know this one would end up getting flamed . And look.........it looks like he's already gone - probably to LS1.com to bash your story. Oh well. I'm from Queens, NY, and believe me, I know Flushing and believe me it smells like they need too . Also, I don't think I've ever seen anything other than rice around there anyway!

Don't pay any attention to him, he's just mad cause his muffler fell off racing that stock 2001 Civic Si. Or was it the fact the Si beat him?

Well dude, I guess when it rains it pours, losing the muffler and then the race, damn. Keep your head up though, there's still that Metro down the street with the racing stripes.
