Post fuel starvation..again

Earlier I posted about my '88GT with possible fuel pump problems. I noticed that when I makes hard right turns, especially on off ramps,it starves for fuel until I am straight again. I did this twice tonight.
Is this common with electric fuel pumps in tanks when fuel level is low or do I have a potantial problem. I had about a 1/4 tank of gas or a little less.
