just to chime in. My friends 91 LS w/ only a cat-back ran 15.8 and he isn't that good of a driver, so a good driver could have got 15.7 or 15.6. 13's w/ a turbo sounds realistic.

Inferno, look on page 30 of the newest HOT ROD magazine. There's a blown (Eaton of all things) Civic that runs 11.04/134.09. That's according to the owner. I think we all know that these things are possible, but are rarely seen on the street. The ones I see on the street are non-contenders, I'll agree with that. I'm with you, just wish I could find some fast ones.
