yeah it may be a 13.8 but get that gas tank sucking air take out the spare and jack, set tire pressure and launch right even without traction control on and you will hit 13.6

I would think that in a perfornance magazine they would already leave out the spare and jack and have the tire pressure properly set.

Welcome to the club WHITE5.0.
The test must have been "as driven off the showroom floor". I saw Lizard Boy run 13.6 Our tracks will open in a couple months.. I'll post a video from inside his car while he runs a 13.6. |

Most of these "magazine journalists" are much better at writing than they ever have been at driving. Of course there are exceptions, but it's rare. If anything, magazine performance is even worse than with a good driver in a good car on a good day.

13.698. I've done it at Luskville DragStrip. It's no joke. Try Me (member) was there... I have a the time slip.
Not to add gasoline to the fire, I'm sure if I would go to Sanair or NapierVille(professional strip) I would gain .1 on that time too. My times where always way better there with my Talon TSI. Taking the passenger headlight out gains just under .2 second on the quater... I figure it gives about 10-15HP. I ran at least ten 13.7 with the headlight out. And I managed a few 13.8 with the headlight in. Sorry about the mess the other day guys. I thought it was fun... I guess I have been told to keep it straight. Check these out...
