This weekend i'm going to race a 96 Mystic Cobra with Exhaust and a chip. Think I can take him with my mods.

It will be hard to say. Some Cobras run likea bat outta hell, and some are just ok. My old 89 Saleen, when it had just a Ecam, Cobra Intake, rockers, exhaust, pullies, ignition, gears, and a bigger TB and MAF ran a couple of 13.7's @ 103. I dynoed at like 238 rwhp. I have seen my buddies stock 98 Cobra run a 13.6@106 on street tires. But again I also saw a 97 Cobra rn 4.30's @ around 100. Also depends on the driver. If you get ahold of a good driver, those Cobra's can be reaaaalllyyyy fast. But you will never know unil you try.

I raced a guy a couple of months ago with a similar set up as you. In fact I would say nearly exactly the same set up. My 96 Cobra got the launch on him, and I pulled maybe a car through first, second was pretty close, right before I shifted to third (around 6,000 rpms) I started pulling him again, and in third it was dead even. I won by a little over a car length. So I would say it will come down to the driver. My Cobra is bone stock...

Those mystic cobras have really cool paint, i wish i had enough money to get paint like that...or even better, a mystic cobra. How do you like your 3.55 gears?
