Killed a C3 Vette !!!!! WOO HOOO !!!!
well, two weeks ago i was heading home, and this C3 vette came out of nowhere and he was muscling his way through traffic, so i caught up to him and we got to a left turn and i was right behind him... i opened my bottle and flicked my switches... and we make the turn, then we are side to side and i rev at him.. he punches it and i let him pull about 2 cars in front of me.. i'm in 3rd gear at this point and then i whack it open... pull about 10 cars on him and then let off... when he catchs up he looks over and says "holy $hit dude, waddaya got in that thing??!!" .. then i said "a bottle of FUN !".. hehee
later this week, i catch him on his usual route home once more.. and this time, we lined up at a red light, and i raced him on motor.. we were even in 1st gear (he's automatic) but by second i pulled car, by 3rd about 3 cars and by 4th he was a spec in my mirrors.. when we lined up at the next intersection, he told me his car was not setup for racing.. i told him he should get a can of air for that thing !!! FORD !!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

The slowest of the C3's are about as fast as mustangs were for many years INCLUDING 96-98 4.6'S, so I wouldnt be to hard on them. You probobly killed a 76 that had a whopping 160hp..........GOOD KILL!!!!

I believe they ran 16.1's stock. My dad's 4 wheel drive extended cab chevy truck ran a 16.9 in 2 wheel drive, and a 15.9 in 4 wheel drive. Now he has done a mod or two and i think 15.5's aren't out of the ?.
