I replaced all the rear control arms with Energy suspension Polyurethane bushings, then I drive the car, and i have noise and vibration comming from the rear end. Granted these are hard bushings, and i should expect more noise from the road. But this is erratic, so i jack the car up and drive it and shure enough somethings shot in the rear end. Turns out the carrier berrings are bad, flakes out of them, so i have the rear end rebuilt, and i just got it back today. Am i sopposed to have lots of play in the rear end? I step on the gas and let of quick and it clunks... and theres a small wine driving on the highway... Is this because of the Polyurethane bushings?

Remove the front bolt on the passenger lower control arm. If it has slack in it that is your clunk. Are your torque boxes welded? this will help also

I dont think theres any slack in it... when i let the car down off the jacks the body stays up!!! the bushings are so tight! I put 85 Ft-Lb's of tourqe on the lower arms... Im not shure if the boxes are welded, thy seemed pretty sturdy when i looked at them.. Are they welded from the factory?

They are not factory welded. The slack I am refering to is the bolt in the hole, is the hole wallowed out, is the bolt skinned up right where it passes through the hole. This will not get better by tighting.
