dinomite hits the courts!
Went to court today for the ticket that I mentioned in two posts in the "ever been pulled over for racing?" post. Got plea bargain of 6 months suspension of license, $150 fine, and 75 hours commmunity service. This also included dropping the charge from Recless Driving: racing to Recless Driving: general, for insurance sake.
Oh and by the way, my lawyer said that I was VERY lucky to get this as this was a very lenient sentance. I was (only) going 65 in a 35. Welcome to the great American Judicial System. |
