Yea those LS1s can be tough to chase especially with an unfair start. Sounds like your stang scared him a bit for him not to wait on ya.

About the G-Tech. I hook mine up when i go to the track. It is pretty acurate for ETs, but the MPH is a bit off (average about 4 mph too high with my car). it is usually about .1 to .5 off the tracks times. For example, Last friday night (5-17) i ran a 13.58 @104.80 and the G-Tech said i ran a 13.59 @ 109.1 with a 5.1 0-60. Other times i have run a 13.58 @ 104. 68 and the G-Tech said i ran a 13.64 @ 108.9. Its fun to play with though. Maybe that helps.
