If it's all motor then yes that is about right. If it's blown then he better demand a refund.

And that 281 number must be the other Number I saw on the back and the 385 number was on the side near the door jam Middle Fender location.

The Cobra R didn't come with any badging like that. It's actually a 331 not a 281. It does make 385HP in stock form so it's possible this guy just slapped on some decals or emblems for whatever reason.

ps: He gets Good tires and that 12.27 could be an 11.27,or better.

Yeah I'm aware of that I've done some drag racing in my days...124 MPH is good enough for 10.70's with the right driver.
