Default Video of EZRIDN gettin' stomped by a lil 2.2L..and the '03 Cobra i ran

http://66.51.98.8/php/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=9647

Check that out. LS1 needs some NOS to keep up with the 2.2L...lol

This was out 60-100 run which he got a slight jump, but as you can see it would not have mattered. ALso included is the vid of him Vs. the '03.

Sweet, Gotta love sleepers. I used to have a 86' 2.2 turbo charger. It was my first car.

I didnt even care about speed back then.

Hey now. Why the "LOL" on the NOS? I got lambasted last month for having the same attitude about NOS but here it's funny in that someone used it in a race? What gives? I'm confused.

Its funny cause he is saying he would have to spray his LS-1 to keep up with a 4 banger. Duh

He didnt spray and win.......He lost to the 4 banger and was a good sport about it.

Ummm, yea.

Who cares if it was a 4 banger vs a 10 banger. What's the problem of his LS1 using a power adder to keep up with a much lighter car using a power adder?

Seems the attitude of power adder usage around here varies on the situation and brand of car it's on. Bad for GM, good for all others. Scoff at the LS1 for needing spray to keep up with a highly modded 2000 lb 4 banger. Then the smartasses in here have to resort to the "DUH" comments. Someone's colors are showing big time.

"Check that out. LS1 needs some NOS to keep up with the 2.2L...lol"

"Its funny cause he is saying he would have to spray his LS-1 to keep up with a 4 banger. Duh"

Then the most productive post here: "QUADRUPLE DUH"

All I'm pointing out is inconsistencies in attacks in here if that makes any sense.

Let me clarify.

I get gang-land tackled for my viewpoint that NOS is cheap. Everyone insists running on the street is "run what you brung". I conceeded. Then people laugh at the need for an LS1 to use it against a competitor. I point this out and get hit with "DUH"s.

Is it funny, bad or cheap for an LS1 to use NOS against someone he's street racing no matter if it's a go-cart, 2.2L, '03 Cobra or a Kenilworth? Simiple YES or NO will suffice.

I'm out.

Run Watcha Brung!!!-

Your missing the entire point, The dodge was a sleeper and he is giving the guy props by saying he would have to spray his LS-1 in order to keep up.

Everyone jumped on you cause you said Nitrous is cheating. There is no such thing as a cheating mod in street racing.

Those guys were cracking me up in the video when they ran the cobra. The first run they jumped on it together and the cobra walked them. The passanger was like,"wow". Then they run again and the guy jumped the start by a one honk and the driver was all pissed. I was laughing because it wouldn't have made a difference if the cobra gave him a honk lead he was still going to get walked. But still a fast little car, bet that bastard still gets good gasmilage too!

Actually once a car like that is heavily modded you can throw out the good gas mileage and reliability right out the window. All of my buddies turbo-ed 4 bangers get worse mileage then my S-Trimmed 94 GT with 10 PSI and are far less reliable.

That was my LS1 in the video. It has a cutout, but they jumped me that race. As you can see though it would not have mattered. We ran once from 25 mph with an even kick and i pulled him a half a car at first then he pulled me by about 2.5 cars to 110 or so. When the boost kicked in that car was gone.

Well the runs were on the highway so we didn;t want to come to a stop on a highway. The dodge offered to run me from a dead stop, but i was just out lookin for fun not trying to prove what my LS1 can do from a stop. The dodge and i guessed that i would have taken him from a dead stop b/c it took so long for the turbo to spool up and i am a A4 on DRs

I know that, and the reason i said NOS is because that is the COMPANY that i will go with for the nitrous system. Porbably a 100 dry shot b/c of my A4. That along with a stall will hopefully have me in the 11's.
