Default Found out I had a super chip in my 88GT vert.

I was removing the computer out of my 88GT vert to transfer it over to the 90LX and discovered that the previous owner had installed a super chip.

Should I leave it in there or remove it. Maybe thats why I could never get my nitrous to work right

Later,

I sold my nitrous. I was just wondering if its doing any good at all.

I think I will remove it just to see what happens.

This really explains alot like why my car had no rev limiter.

Hmmm.....interesting. My '88 doesn't have a rev limiter either.
Is there a way to tell by looking at them? Maybe mine has a chip too.

It plugs in between your computer and wiring harness.
