Sweet Mustang on 14 to LACR???

I don't know if it was anyone on this board, but I was driving home in my dark blue Regal GS when I spot this awesome 96-98 Stang. It was black with a Saleen body kit, cowl hood w/Ram air, some serious tires, and a full instrument pod on the A-pillar. I kid you not that I could hear him from 1/8 mile away.

Anyway, I finally pull up next to him doing about 70mph(bad spot for me) and look over at his ride. He had a passenger and they noticed me checking out their ride. They both gave me a thumbs up as I gave them. Then I proceeded to turn on performanse shift and dropped the tranny in to 3rd, then second(ouch!!!). I pulled about 3 inches on him before he got on it. I think he only went down one gear and was slowly pulling on me. We had no room to play, but we took it to maybe 85mph.

I'm sure he was only playing with me cause he only went down one gear. His rear plate frame said NOS. And I'm sure he didn't squeeze on me.

Does anyone know who this guy is? That was the nicest Stang I have seen in a while. We both gave each other thumbs up and proceeded on our ways.

I'd think it was at least a low 13 sec Stang, and with the NOS who knows.
