I close them at my own discretion. When a post drifts off the original topic to the point where it is no longer useful and/or has the makings of getting out of hand I close it. There are exceptions.

The apology to 20lbs boost is the type of stuff that can be handled through PM's or Email, not Street Racers. What if everbody posted messages to each other on Street Racers?

Lately I have been closing threads when the "ricer phobia" starts taking control and flames/insults are getting thrown around. There for awhile it was terrible, now it's not so bad but every once in awhile.

Sorry but I'm not putting up with it.
