96GTfanatic, Your point about extrapolating speed from RPMs is correct if you're simply trying to find top speed without actually sending the RPMs up to 5400. exgmguy, the crazy fool that he is
, actually got his RPMs that high but his speedometer was buried. In that case, everything that smithbling said is absolutely correct if the tachometer and speedometer are known to be correct.
