Track Times
Went to the track last night, and finally got some numbers. I had to run on 225-15 BFG Drag Radials tho, and there wasn't any glue on the line at all.
On Motor (Best Run) 60' ---> 2.417 330' --> 6.012 1/8 ET > 8.896 1/8 MI > 83.91 1/4 ET > 13.41 1/4 ET > 105.91 125 HP Nitrous (Used only in 3rd and 4th to 4500 rpm) 60' ---> 2.341 330' --> 6.001 1/8 ET > 8.701 1/8 MI > 87.69 1/4 ET > 13.24 1/4 MI > 114.64 With myself driving, only did around 6 runs that night, one nitrous, the rest on motor. Had some oil blow through the engine on my last run (damned oil filler tube to t/b), and smoked the whole track, still ran a 14.1 at 100.5 The car weighed in at 3481 with myself driving. I think I've got a serious traction problem as I felt the car spinning til mid way in 2nd. When I did my nitrous run, and the juice kicked in, I spun it in 3rd. Had a few local racers questioning me about my trap speed when I got in.. It was a fun night, now I just have to go over everything to make sure I didn't hurt her. Oh yeah, I drove it 2 hours to the track and 2 hours back. |
