Post went fishing tonight...

I dont usually go looking for races but I needed a fix since I cant go to the track until my sat class is over and have a roll cage installed (damn convertible)
Drove around for a good hour going to the usual spots and nobody was biting...not even the ricers! Said screw it, shut off the N2O system, turned the timing control back to 14 and hit the remote bottle valve...
On the last light on my way home a 2000 gt pulls next to me and throws me a rev! I was so freakin happy I yelled "thank you!!!" to the driver (he had quite a puzzeled look on his face after I said that!) and quickly armed the sys. and all the goodies...
lights green and I hit the n20 in second...holy sh*t did it kick in! I ran through to high fourth WELL ahead of this guy and it dawns on me...the building I just passed at 110 was the FREAKIN POLICE STATION...I slow down and exit stage left to home, I noticed lights coming very quickly way behind me and I parked in the lot fast and shut her down...I will give ya one guess what pulled into the parking lot!!!
Laid low, till he left...
I am keeping it at the track from now on...my luck isnt good enough to get a break twice...lol
