ok sorry if this is A stupid question but I have heard that smaller size wheels is better for cornering and bigger size wheels is better for drag racing.

first of all is this true. if it is what is the reasoning behind it like why does it help. and what size wheels do you drag racers have and what size wheels do you conering people use. I would like width and hight.

and while we are on the subject how many inches wider can the tire be then the rime.
