Also since your in london check out the local Stang club, we're brand new and are always lookin for new members, London Area Mustang Club, www.lamc.ca . Join the forum aswell, its free and you'll be able to keep in the loop about any events, shows, cruz's and the like for the London area.
As for autocrossing, there are a couple events that take place in Woodstock (30 min east of london) every so often. I don't know the exact info but I believe there is some on the LAMC forum.
