won first race with cobra
 

I bought a 98 cobra last wensday. The first two days I had it it was raining so I couldnt really open it up. Finally, Friday night a mid to late 90's (LT1) Z28 pulls up next to me while I'm doin about 45. He punchs it and slows up. I put the cobra in third and as soon as he hit the gas so did I. The tires spun for a second and it got a little sideways but I smoked the crap out of this comaro. I only raced him through third and the bottom end of fourth gear, but he was a good distance behind me. This is just soooo much more power than I'm used to. My old 5.0 wasnt even close, but i still love fox's. I'm just happy I won the first race I got into with my new cobra. thought I'd share.

Great first kill and even better "new" car! Good luck with it! I loved those late '90's Cobra's, super strong cars.
