Kelly Blue Book lists a 2001 Ford Mustang Cobra convertible with a 5-speed, all the extras and 55,000 miles at $20,000., full retail You might do better. Good luck.

Check ebay for cars in your area. Most of the 2001 Cobra's seem to be going for $14-18k with 20-60k miles on them. Autumn/Winter is definitely the time to buy a Mustang.
