11 sec ricer on crack!

I have a friend who is in to the ricer thing and always has his ricer buddies over at his house.
The other day I went over there and I over heard him telling everyone that his Honda civic runs 11.s in the 1/4 mile. I told him there was no way he is running that in that car and asked him if he meant 11's in the 1/8 mile, that I could believe, and he said no. So I ask what he had done to it to see if he even had anything done to it. He said (quote) it has some letters on the motor and some stickers too, and my car is very light.
What an idiot.

Some people are so stupid; do they really believe that there stock car can run that fast?
