Post HELP: Video clip of rear-end sway problem

Hi,
Well, I finally made a small video of how
my rear end looks when you launch. Video
is kinda small, and there's no sound, but
pay close attention to the last 2 seconds
and you will see the twist near the end.

Here's the video (900KB, 6 sec., MPEG)

Also, the gold piece (with two black bolts)
that is on the front of driver side's upper
control arm, has a crack on it:

NOTE: This is not the underside of my car.

I know my rear end is supposed to twist on
launching, but I've never seen it twist/sway
that hard before.

Thanks!
Bye!

Mine doesn't do it that bad, but my car does do that. Are you talking about a crack on that exhaust hanger (what it looks like) or the crack looking thing on the upper control arm mount?
Have you seen a crack in the upper control arm mount on your car?

Hi,
No, its not the muffler hanger. The gold
piece that's shaped like a brake pad in
the picture is what has a crack....

I updated that pic with a red crack so you
know where it's cracked.

And no, the control arms don't have cracks on them anywhere.

Also, you can see that once the car
launches, it sways side to side a bit
before it settles down. Hopefully
this is a case of needing new LCAs.

Bye!
