'96'-98 GT 5-speed hardtop
If you have one of these mentioned in the topic, have you ever run in the 14s bone-stock?

I was at a consistant 15.2 bone stock.
Some drag radials will sneak you into the 14s. 15s, those were the days... ------------------ "The Yellowjacket" Ricer 1: What the heck was that!? Ricer 2: I don't know. It looked kind of like a yellow SN95 Mustang. Ricer 1: Nah, fast SN95 Mustangs don't exist... Must have been a mirage or something... |

OOOOOOOOOOOOO, la de freakin' da! I'm Hammer, I can afford a ATI supercharger, I make fun of bone stock 96-98 Mustangs! I name my car YellowJacket! Well, joking, just a little mad that I can't get a supercharger, much less an H-pipe!

My buddy TryMe has pulled a stock 14.8 with his convertable 97GT.
It was hard as heck to get, he ran at least 20 times that night. |

It's OK 98, I forgive you...
But you will have to lay the sacrificial head gaskets on the altar before you leave... j/k Seriously, this sort of stuff is not for the faint of heart... Dealing with ATI, Pro-Flow, Ford SVT, Dallas Mustang.... and then trying to get them all to work together while watching lots of cash fly out the window of your dog house that you've moved into via the wife's intense blood curdling screams.... I have yet to see any fun out of this. Its like having an addiction and being the butt of a cruel joke at the same time. "Oh, you're going to the new heads and intake? Well you're going to need new injectors, fuel pump, and get your MAF recalibrated.... and we haven't gotten to the labor yet." AAAAAHHHHH!!!! Is there a 12 step program for horsepower addiction? ------------------ "The Yellowjacket" Ricer 1: What the heck was that!? Ricer 2: I don't know. It looked kind of like a yellow SN95 Mustang.
