There are a couple Fox boy cars that are already serious collector cars.

1984-1986 SVO's.

1990 LX Convertable Deep Emerald Hunter Green Metallic (something like that), with white leather interior and GT syle turbine rims. Known as the "7up" car. I would LOVE to pick up one of these. I think they are totally killer.

1993 Cobra/Cobra R.

The Saleens are in there too, like 1989-1993. The McLarens were around until like 1988 or something.

The rest of the Fox's just seem to be hangin back a little.

My future collectable predictions.

*1985 GT 5.0HO 4bbl. 5spd

*1983 GT-350

*1987-1993 Mustang GT

I bet the 89-93 GTs will end up being like the 65-66 coupes and fastbacks. Not extremely rare, by any means, but still very valuable....IMHO....

I was planning on keeping mine for a long time. I hope you are right.

Thanks for bringing this back up Mustangman. I did not know that someone had presented this poll recently. i had wanted to do it myself.

I like the one i have and probably never leave it. But my favorite is the 87-93 GT.

Heres my list,

1. '67 or '68 Fastback. I would have bought one if there had been any good ones when i was looking for a car. Stupid Gone in Sixty Seconds movie bought 6 or 7 of them from so cal area

2. '69 Mach 1 428 CJ. My dad has one and it is simply bad a**. Black with Red Stripes.

3. '89-93. Event though the car I own is third on my list I still love it and have a variety of plans for it in the future when i have more money lol. Future plans: Saleen body kit, saleen wing, cobra grill insert, Repaint midnite blue with silver flames. And some performance stuff too. Anybody know about how much the body kit and paint might cost?

Later

Very Nice, you wouldn't happen to have any pictures of your dad's Mach 1? I have a '69 and was wondering different options when I paint it and just curious to see that one.

Thank You,

Default favorite mustang

1979-1993 against 1969-1970? Doesn't seem fair to put 14 years of mustang against 2 years. Looks like the 69-70 would win hands down if the poll was fair! American muscle and pony cars looked and were the best overall in 69, not just the mustang.

what? Your logic stinks. I like the 1970 overall. Just because they made more years of the fox body doesnt mean it would lose out in the vote automatically?

You could have said what you wanted without saying my logic stinks. Anyway I am correct. 14 years of cars that people like should beat out 2 years. The fact that they did not win by a proportionate amount shows that the 69-70 is probably the most popular 2 years. Alot of people will like the car they had first no matter which year it was. Unit 5302 I agree on the 1985 being a future collectible due to the fact it had a carburetor.
