ANY RACE SHOPS IN KNOXVILLE, TENN...??
 

I need to find out for a friend if there is a race shop in the vicinity of Knoxville or Dandridge, Tennessee??????

Im sure there are some in Knoxville I just refuse to change.

"Whites Performance & Machine" is where I get my block/heads worked.

They are located between Kingsport And Bristol. "East Stone Drive" (423) 288-3881.

They have started to sell rebuilt motors with 3 year 100,000 mile waranty on them also.

They just finnished a friends Bowtie, 800 plus HP...

I work for Jefferson City.

Skeen machine in Jefferson City does a good block prep/ balancing etc. They do not assemble motors though. But I can find somone to put it together if you need.

Skeens" .30 over bore,turned crank,/resize rods-push on pistons/balance entire rotating assembly will set you back @ $ 500.00. minus your parts. Then start on the heads.

I live in Kodak. I am not familiar with any good machine shops in K-Town. However there are a few good High Performance parts shops in K-Town.

K-Town @ 1 mile south off of 640 on Broadway Blvd. The owner of "Hot Rod Barn" lives in Dandridge. Hes a nice old man.

Okay thanks, i made a copy of this to give to my friends. They are moving in that area and needed some advice. They just had a drag racing accident where he was wife was pinning between two race cars and almost lost her leg. They have been thru a lot.
